So in the article I read about McCarthy attacking the Army. The article showed the government finally geting back at McCarthy for the things that he had done and said. So many people watched this event, 22 million. McCarthy didn't really what people had to say or putting others down and Welsh made himself out in the open for attack.

number eight!

The one poem that we read in class about the dad and he took his one daughter to grave sight of her sister, then gave the living daughter a kiss but it was really for his dead daughter. I forgot the title... I thought the poem was really interesting. It had kind of a different meaning though in a way like I felt bad for the dad. And then I thought about it more, kind of outside of the poem, I feel bad for living daughter because now she has to live up to the expectations to the dead sister now. That's just me thinking but I thought that the poem was very good and it made me think about things.
